
Most of the services I offer are produced using the Microsoft Office suite as well as other popular accounting and desktop publishing programmes.
Rate charged is NZ$30 per hour (if I only spend 5 minutes on task for you, you will be charged for 5 minutes only - there is no minimum charge).
If you do not see the service you require help with, just ask me. I will either help you myself or put you onto someone who can.
SECURITY PRECAUTIONS INCLUDE
- Back ups are completed daily with one copy kept offsite and one copy kept on DVD in my office. No backups are ever uploaded online.
- Client data security: Client data security is carried out to the clients request. Backup copies are available, emails are archived to DVD after one month and any original information is stored in my office (never taken off-site) or returned to yourself.
- PC crashes: In the unlikely event of a PC crash, restore from backup is performed once the PC has been evaluated by a professional computer technician.
- Antivirus and hacking precautions: I use McAfee Security Centre for antivirus, computer maintenance and hacking precautions. Updates are downloaded as available and the software is kept current at all times.
