Don’t have time to do it, Just Ask Justine...

Justine has been helping us as our virtual assistant for almost 2 years. The first year I lived Tauranga New Zealand, and this second year I’m in San Diego California. I have never met Justin, and only spoken on the phone twice, but she has competently handled several aspects of our business, from sorting out our books, which were in a major mess, to handling clients that weren’t paying their bills on time, to handling my New Zealand affairs, contacting NZ clients and my NZ banks, sorting out all sorts of issues even someone that brought some of my furniture before I left NZ, and didn’t finish paying for it, Justine was onto it.

Justine has also done many hours proof reading articles I have written. She has also done all sorts of online research for my SEO business, including finding out how much various company’s and websites charge for advertising, through, finding places for link exchanges, Gosh, I even had her type out handwritten stories my father wrote before he died 10 years ago, which are now on a blog.
Honestly, anything I can think of having done, and don’t have time to do, I just write a quick email to Justine. She’s quick to understand what I want, and not afraid to write for calcification, rather than doing something wrong, and next thing I know, I have an email with whatever it is I wanted.

Her billing system is very good to, she doesn’t charge a minimum fee, if she takes 7 minutes to make a phone call, I only get charged for 7 minutes. The most important thing I wanted to say, whatever you need doing, and don’t have time to do, Justine will do it doesn’t matter if it’s on her list of services or not, just flick her an email, and whatever it is will be done. On the other hand, if what you ask her to do isn't something she can do, or learn to do, she will say so, and not leave you hanging, there are almost 600 emails to Justine in her email folder, and most of them are asking her to do something or other, YOURVA Justine honestly is a wonderful resource to have on your team.
