Christmas easy with a virtual assistantby Justine Parsons

It’s only November (well, at time of writing we are in the final days of October – forward planning!) and no reason to stress just yet.  In fact there is no reason to stress at all this year!  Outsource your Christmas duties to your Virtual Assistant and relax knowing your clients, family and friends are all sorted.

Christmas Parties

Tell me your budget, number of staff and preferences – I will give you some options to choose from and organise your staff party for you.  From BBQ’s to a night out, relax knowing your staff and their family will have a great time, on budget and with no disruption to your working day!

Client Gifts

Are there a few clients you would like to thank for their support throughout the year, or perhaps you’d like a humorous staff Christmas card to send out with your Christmas opening hours.  I can give you a list of priced options to chose from and organise for these to be sent out with a personal, handwritten note.

Staff Gifts

No Christmas party this year?  A cost effective way to show your appreciation is with grocery vouchers, gift cards or a small gift.  There are many ways to say thanks to the staff who have supported you without breaking the budget.

Shopping for friends and family

All I need is a list, sex, age, any preferences and again … your budget.  I will email back a list of gift ideas, where to purchase (which I can also do for you if preferred) and the price of each idea.  My turn to play Santa by delivering your gifts tagged and wrapped (or posted in time for international deadlines) – this Virtual Assistant can do as little or as much as you require to make your pre Christmas a traffic free, stress free time.

So don’t leave Christmas until the last minute, and don’t start taking your blood pressure pills just yet!  Send me an email and together we will have a great 2011 Christmas.
